Dr. Grayson earned her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Upon completion of her residency, Dr. she lent her medical expertise to many consumer-focused medical guides including WebMD, Women's Health, TIME magazine, Glaxo SmithKline, Medtronics, CNN, Fox5 Atlanta, the American Heart Association and Black Enterprise Magazine. After working with various Piedmont Physicians Group locations on an interim basis, Dr. Grayson decided to establish a full-time practice at the Piedmont Physicians at Yorktown location.
Dr. Grayson is board-eligible in internal medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians. In treating patients, Dr. Grayson treats the entire person. She believes in a healthy mind and a healthy body and promotes prevention and lifestyle changes in improving and maintaining health. With this approach to care, she strongly values patient education and works with each patient individually to help them understand their condition and treatment options.
Among her many interests, Dr. Grayson is especially interested in women's health. In her spare time, Dr. Grayson enjoys spending time with her family, including her two children. She also enjoys reading and traveling.
